INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES (After clearance of OPENMAT entrance exam):

The Candidates who have qualified the Entrance Test conducted by the University on may submit their Application form for Admission to Management Programme which is appended in Prospectus (Form No. 2) alongwith the requisite fee and the following documents at the concerned Regional Centre. :

INSTRUCTIONS After clearance of OPENMAT entrance exam
  1. Attested Copies of Certificates in support of educational qualification(s). 
  2. Print out of this Result Card.
  3. Paste your recent photograph and sign in the box provided above.
  4. Hall Ticket duly signed by candidate and invigilator.
  5. Experience certificate wherever required.
  6. Category certificate of SC/ST/OBC candidates.
  7. Identity Card duly filled up.
  8. Demand Draft for requisite fee drawn in favour of IGNOU and payable at the city where your Regional Centre is located.
  9. Last date for submission of Application Form for admission along with relevant documents at the Regional Centre is as under:

Minimum standard for completion of MBA course and programme:
  1. Minimum ‘D’ Grade in Continuous Evaluation in each course.
  2. Minimum ‘D’ Grade in Term End Examination in each course.
  3. Overall Grade in a course should be ‘C’.

Scheme of Study in Management Programme:

To qualify for DIM :
Should successfully completed courses of MS-01, MS-02, MS-03 and any of two from MS-04, MS-05, MS-06, MS-07.
To qualify for PGDIM :
Should successfully completed all courses from MS-01 to MS-11.
To qualify for PGSDM :
Should successfully completed all 05 courses from area of specialization.

Hall Ticket for OPENMAT-XLI Examination 2017  
Date and Time of Examination: Sunday 05th February 2017, (10.00 AM to 1.00 PM)

IGNOU invites applications for the following Degree/ Diploma Programmes in Management :- 
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) 
  • Diploma in Management (DIM) 
  • Post Graduale Diploma in Management (PGDIM) 
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) 
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM) 
  • Post Graduaie Diploma in Operational Management (PGDOM) 
  • Post Graduale Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDMM) 
  • Post Graduete Diploma in Financial Markets Practice (PGDFMP) 

 All the above programmes have multi-media design, and technology aided delivery systems. These are offfered through counlry wide of study centers. Check eligibility for admission.

The University will be admitting students for the above Deqree/ Diplomas in Manaqement starting from January, 2017 through an Entrance test OPENMAT-XL to be held on Sunday, the 21st August. 2016.

For appearing in the entrance test (OPENMAT) a student has to fill up APPLICATION FORM FOR OPENMAT ENTRANCE TEST (Form 1) which is provided separately in an envelope alongwith this STUDENT HANDBOOK & PROSPECTUS.

You need to send the form in the same envelope by Registered/ Speed Post so as to reach the IGNOU H.Q. on or before the last date printed on the application form.
